With over two decades in the mortgage industry, Adam\u2019s career began in 2002, initially focusing on subprime lending. After the 2008 market shift, he returned to the industry, working alongside top-producing mortgage leaders. During his tenure at loanDepot, he played a key role in a nationally recognized sales team, earning multiple top sales awards.<\/p>\n

Now at Griffin Funding, Adam is recognized for his expertise in DSCR loans and Bank Statement loans, helping investors and self-employed borrowers access flexible financing solutions. As of 1\/1\/26, Adam has personally produced well over $35 million in home loans for over 115 families and investors.
